Fall 2026 Bed Lofting Requests

The Bed Lofting Request Form is now closed. Residents who would like to adjust their bed height may submit a request after they have checked in to their residence hall.

Dining plans are required for all students living in a residence hall, but are optional for students living in an apartment. Scholarship halls include a dining option.

Your KU ID card is your key to campus, providing building access and swipes for your dining plan. Submit your photo and pickup your ID at the card center to avoid temporary access fees.
